THE LOCKSMITH JOURNAL GOLF DAY

This year marks the third Clearview and Pro Installer Golf Day , and we want to know would you take par-t in a charity event for The Locksmith Journal ?

Would you like to take par-t ?

We ’ re looking for teams of four golfers to get involved and help raise money for a good cause .
Please email steve @ cvgroup . co . uk or rob @ cvgroup . co . uk to register your interest in attending .
» 2022 SAW THE FIRST ever Clearview and Pro Installer charity golf day ; bringing together teams from across fenestration for fun and fundraising . The Locksmith Journal ’ s sister magazines raised more than £ 20,000 for industry charity GM Fundraising , with proceeds going to Hope House Hospices .
Due to the events ’ massive success , we would now like to launch an event for the locksmith , hardware and security sector , this autumn . But , we need your help …
The format
We ’ re looking for teams of four golfers - of all abilities . The day starts with free breakfast butties , tea and coffee in the clubhouse while registration takes place . Find your first hole for a shotgun start then make your way round the stunning course , with individual and team prizes available throughout the day such as nearest pin , longest drive , beat the pro and more . After the golf , we return to the ‘ 19th hole ’ for drinks , dinner , awards and our nowfamous raffle and auction ( prizes donated by each team ). With previous prizes including Formula 1 and Premier League hospitality tickets , exclusive golf packages , vineyard tours and signed sporting memorabilia , we expect this year ’ s table to be heavy with high-end prizes once again . And , there ’ s nearby accommodation for those wishing to make a night of it .
The fundraising
We ’ re looking for a charity or cause in the sector to fundraise for . During all golf days , all money raised through sponsorship , beat the pro entrants , ( the prize raffle and auction , plus any other donations on the day will go into the pot ), so ‘ putt ’ your recommendations over to us so we can turn golf into a good cause .
