ranges and over the last two years , the ABS division have been working on their enhanced Master Suite and Design range . To keep inline with their exciting growth plans , it was necessary to invest in people and equipment to stay on top of the inevitable demand .
Managing Director , Dr Sachin Saigal , collaborated with the ABS team to investigate what was needed to support the ABS division in its growth . With already considerable take-up for the Master Suiting range , a dedicated machine to rapidly cut keys was high in the agenda . So they bought two . The ABS team welcomed their shiny new JMA

Supracode machines in July and have been putting them through their paces from the moment they landed . With the combined ability to cut and engrave , the machines have helped the ABS workshop streamline their operations and speed up their processes .
“ We have big plans for our ABS Master Suite programme ,” commented Dr Sachin . “ These two new machines have had an immediate impact along with the other areas of investment and I ’ m delighted to see how our ABS workshop have embraced this latest enhancement .”

machines . “ With having two new Supracode machines , we have been able to dedicate a machine each to our two most demanded key profiles , ABS Ultimate and ABS Master . This has reduced cutting time by roughly 60 % which is fantastic news for our customers . We can also promise exacting precision which is crucial to those customers who are taking advantage of our Master suite facility which requires en-masse key cutting .”

E-Bound AVX alarm system foils theft attempt
» LEADING DESIGNER AND manufacturer of church roof alarms , security systems and detector technology , Secured by Design member company E-Bound AVX ’ s Church Roof Alarm System has foiled a recent attempted lead theft .
An intruder alarm activation was received around 22:00hrs one evening at a Church in the Tyne and Wear area , with night-time hours response officers quickly attending the scene . Intruders had accessed the church grounds and roof , damaging a PIR sensor , but had quickly fled after the alarm activation , fleeing before damaging or removing any lead from the roof .
Designed and manufactured in the UK , the E-Bound church roof alarm system is the result of many years of successful development and customer feedback , resulting in an affordable package that doesn ’ t compromise on quality , reliability or performance .
“ Due to the high resale value of scrap metals such as lead and copper , churches remain under continuous threat of metal theft ,” said Angus Brown , E-Bound ’ s Managing Director . “ The primary purpose of a roof alarm is to deter an attempt , then to detect intrusion at the earliest opportunity and provide a warning to the intruder that they have been detected . By doing this , they reduce the risk to property and finally they summon help by signalling that they have been triggered .
