Technical Support appointment HKC enhances UK presence

» HKC, A LEADING manufacturer of intruder alarm solutions across the UK and Ireland, has announced the appointment of James Collins as Technical Support UK.
James will support installers through HKC’ s dedicated phone lines and ticketing system, handling both quick troubleshooting queries and more technical cases. This work will play a part in ensuring that
installers receive timely and dependable assistance.
James has previously worked as a Customer Support Analyst for bespoke enterprise software systems where he managed first-line support calls, logging cases, troubleshooting day-today issues and collaborating with internal development teams. This experience gave him an understanding of supporting business
applications and engaging effectively with end users.
James’ role later expanded into hardware procurement, where he engaged with suppliers to secure competitive deals and developed extensive product knowledge, setting him up for HKC’ s installer support structure.
