ADASTON UNVEILS AMBITIOUS FIVE-YEAR GROWTH STRATEGY AND ANNOUNCES SIX SENIOR HIRES

» TO SUPPORT LONG TERM GROWTH, the Harrogate-based fire protection specialist has invested heavily in recruitment, filling six key roles across continuous organisational improvement, technical compliance and customer success in the last three months..
Kevin McLaughlin, has been appointed as Technical and Compliance Manager to lead Adaston’ s technical compliance and competency functions.
As compliance and regulation are complex and constantly changing, Kevin will ensure that Adaston continues to provide market-leading consultancy, surveys and the Golden Thread of information that guarantees a fully transparent, audit-ready compliance data trail.
Kevin is supported by Alan Smith, who joins as Lead Surveyor to head up a growing team of five surveyors.
Further strengthening the firm’ s operational core is Daniel Parry, who takes on the newly created role of Head of Continuous Improvement. Oliver Holmes also joins as Cost Manager with 15 years of industry experience to lead the estimating function.
The expansion is rounded out by Nigel Tomlinson as Contracts Manager and Samantha Chesson as Key Account Manager
Samantha, formerly National Key Account Manager for Arnold Laver, part of National Timber Group, will strengthen the strategic customer support for Adaston’ s clients, driving industry standards in customer service and retention.
