» PAUL COLLINS JOINS UAP LIMITED as Senior Product Design Manager, bringing 34 years of industry experience and extensive technical expertise. He will play a key role in driving innovation and advancing the company’ s technical capabilities, helping to deliver high-quality, customer-focused product solutions.
David March has been appointed Technical Support Manager, bringing 25 years of industry expertise and in-depth technical knowledge. In his role, David will advise both customers and the sales team, oversee product testing to ensure compliance and quality, and support the introduction and development of new hardware solutions.
In her role as Internal Sales Coordinator in the South, Hayley Fennell brings 10 years of industry experience and strong product knowledge. And, as Internal Sales Co-ordinator in the West & Wales, Sally Regis will strengthen the internal sales function during an exciting period for the business.
Focusing on growth and partnerships in the East of England, Donna Nash takes on the role of Business Development Manager; supporting UAP’ s continued regional expansion. She brings extensive experience across the uPVC and aluminium sectors.

HKC APPOINTS NEW SECURITY AND RISK MANAGER TO ENHANCE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
» SEAN DOYLE JOINS HKC with a strong background in financial services, having worked across insurance, banking and commercial lease financing. Throughout his career, he has led customerfacing roles balancing regulatory requirements with practical, solution driven communication. His work has centred on managing customer interactions and feeding insight back into business strategy.
At HKC, Sean will oversee the Security and Risk Team in charge of managing SecureComm2, the subscription-based app that allows installers and homeowners to access and monitor intruder alarm systems. The team is responsible for managing recurring subscription revenue, billing set-up
and administration, and installer / end user account management throughout the UK and Ireland.
Sean was drawn to HKC through the opportunity to apply his consumer and commercial customer focused experience to an industry that offers significant diversity and innovation compared to traditional financial services. He sees HKC’ s unique product range and evolving technology as a new and exciting challenge.

ASSA ABLOY ACQUIRES NSP SECURITY IN THE UK
» NSP WAS FOUNDED IN 1993 and has some 20 employees. The main office is based in Borehamwood, UK.
NSP, a company providing design, manufacturing and installation of access control solutions, will be part of Global Solutions business area Hospitality. Sales for 2024 amounted to about MGBP 8( approx. MSEK 100) with a strong EBIT margin. The acquisition will be accretive to EPS from the start.
