Composite Door Hinge Reset Kit
» THIS KIT ENABLES QUICK AND EASY composite door hinge resetting by a single person in about 5 minutes.
When the hinges wear or move on composite doors, they start to bind on the frame and / or floor. If this is not corrected quickly it could lead to multipoint lock failure.
Designed for composite doors with Trojan Athena 2D and 3D type hinges.
Composite Door Outside System
» A KIT FOR FAILED COMPOSITE door locks where release is only possible from the outside and where the door opens into the property. Process includes fitting repair plugs to cover the machined slot.
Works on both wood and UPVC frames. Fire doors with wooden frames can be reinstated to original compliance using Envirograf Wood Filler( a wood filler syringe is included in the kit)
UPVC Slotting Kit
» FOR FAILED MULTIPOINT LOCK MECHANISMS which cannot be released by the usual methods.
This is a‘ backtrack’ based kit. It is specifically for UPVC doors and windows where the mechanisms have failed and cannot be released. It is ideal for shoot bolt only systems and those which are rusted or broken and will not release using normal methods. It is also ideal for small windows which are impossible to open with regular tools. It works on both windows and doors and requires removal of panels and sealed units to gain access to the back of the door or window sash.
Advanced Composite Door Inside System Kit
» THE SYSTEM IS AN UPGRADE FOR opening failed multipoint locks on composite doors. It is only for doors where the wall reveal is less than 30mm from the edge of the door.
The door is spread using the parts from the‘ basic kit’ and a left or right hand door and frame protector is inserted. The protector is placed over the hook or bolt and a respective handed saw blade is inserted into the correct machine. It comes with 2 hands free‘ spreaders’ to create a 7mm gap between the door and frame. A door and frame protector is then inserted over the failed hooks.
Composite Door Inside System Basic Kit
» A SYSTEM FOR OPENING failed multipoint locks on composite doors. This kit is for release on the inside of inward opening doors. Correspondingly, it could also work from the outside for outward opening doors.
UPVC“ No Cam” Door Kit
» THIS KIT IS FOR FAILED UPVC DOORS WITHOUT ANY rollers or cams. It enables the user to either release or cut the hooks or dead bolts with no to minimal damage to the door or frame.
N. B This system must be used with the Souber Tools‘ Door Spreader Kit’.
Enables spread between door and frame and creates a visible‘ hands free’ 3mm gap
