ABUS Reflects on a Successful MLA Expo
ABUS has celebrated a successful MLA Expo, following an engaging and productive weekend that brought together locksmiths, distributors and security professionals to experience the latest developments in smart and mechanical security.
» THE ABUS STAND WAS DESIGNED to combine innovation with interaction, offering visitors the chance to explore the full breadth of the company’ s product range and digital tools.
A highlight was the Practical Zone, where visitors tested their skills against the ABUS Technical Team and Account Managers to see who could extend a modular cylinder the fastest.
The Software Zone demonstrated the growing importance of digital support for locksmiths and security professionals. Live demonstrations of the Partner Portal webshop and OBS Master Keying Software showed how ABUS is helping partners manage their day-to-day operations with greater efficiency and control.
Both tools have been developed to make product selection, ordering, and key system management simpler and more intuitive, highlighting ABUS’ commitment to providing real-world solutions that save time and add value.

The ABUS ONE Bluetooth-enabled locking system was a highlight to demonstrate how ABUS is bridging trusted mechanical engineering with latest app-based convenience. Alongside this innovation, the stand also featured a comprehensive selection of cylinders, padlocks, and secure key storage products, reinforcing ABUS’ reputation for quality and dependable performance.
