TrueAutomotive is a UK-based brand founded by the team at 3D Group. With over 30 years of experience in the automotive industry, our team has the in-depth knowledge necessary to develop this brand and its products effectively, all with the professional in mind. Our team consists of industry experts with a deep understanding of the automotive sector, including specialist knowledge in replacement keys and key programming.

TrueCode
If you are unfamiliar with TrueCode, it is an innovative key programming platform developed in the UK by Chris Halkyard. In May 2025, Chris joined us at 3D Group as an automotive software engineer, focusing on enhancing the platform and helping to build and develop a diverse product range alongside the existing TrueCode brand.
Compatible with any device running Windows 10 or newer, TrueCode supports a wide array of vehicle models. Its standout features include PIN code retrieval and streamlined key programming, making it suitable for newcomers and experienced users.
To begin, you’ ll need:
• A laptop or tablet running on Windows 10 or later( not supplied)
• TrueCode Online hardware cable
• 12-month subscription with unlimited use and free updates.
• Additional adapters available for non-standardised connections( T4 adapter for Peugeot and Citroen, T7 adapters for Hyundai and Kia)
TrueCode provides extensive vehicle coverage for key programming, including Peugeot, Citroen, and Vauxhall. It allows PIN code reading with a working key and key programming in all-keys-lost scenarios. The system supports models like the Ford Transit from 2016 to 2022, even when locked or in an alarm state.
