• Ironmongery Scheduling – Offering our customers quality ironmongery schedules written by our experienced GAI qualified team. Our team will work with you to put together a full specification for both Commercial and Residential projects.
• Technical Support – Whether it’ s on-site assistance you need to help with the specification and approval of samples or remote support with product enquiries, testing / accreditation documents and even installation and maintenance advice, our team are here to help. We offer all of this as part of our support package.
• On-site support – Technical Assistance, Product selection, Site meetings.
• Project Quotations – Pricing support on projects, putting our best foot forward to assist in your tender, backed by fully tested products meeting the latest industry standards and offering mechanical guarantees to give you peace of mind.
• Knowledge of four GAI Qualified Diploma holders in our team, one certificate holder and two working towards certificate level.
We offer customers, end-users, contractors, and architects our years of experience when it comes to technical product knowledge. This means, if you have our product to hand, you can call us regarding any query you have, and we will do our utmost to help.
2025, has seen some exciting additions to our commercial offering with antique brass now available in both the stainless steel and contract stainless steel ranges, we’ ve added new finishes to both our Grade 201 and 304 stainless steel ranges of pull handles and to address the challenges of double radiators behind doors, we added the extra-long wall mounted doorstop.

Carlisle Brass has spent almost 40 years refining products to ensuring to supply the best value for money, for both residential and commercial architectural ironmongery.
Our Serozzetta range is ideally suited to residential projects and includes some of the best-selling door handles with the recent additions of on-trend finishes matt black and antique brass, satin brass and most recently adding polished chrome to our most popular ranges.
Throughout 2025 we’ ve had some extremely exciting launches to our residential ranges.
Our KBB offering has increased dramatically since the acquisition of Alexander & Wilks in 2022, featuring at the exciting KBB show earlier this year. Beautiful Knurled bathroom accessories, and our Cambridge, solid brass cabinet knob already creating an exciting buzz to join the elegant sliding door kits and accessories.
We’ ve added Reeded and Plain bathroom accessories to our range joining the popular Knurled design, Each product available in on-trend finishes, antique brass, matt black, polished chrome and satin brass.
From a premium standing, Alexander & Wilks and Manital offer top-quality door furniture, with both brand and design only luxury is on our mind. The award winning Manital range has established itself as one of the UK’ s most sought-after brands where we introduce the beautiful Hey range, whilst Alexander & Wilks has gone from strength to strength, with additions such as the Hex and Diamond ranges.
2025 has seen Eurolite add two wonderful finishes; Satin Brass and Polished Brass to their impress Enhance range, helping ensure a suiting cross-over with Carlisle Brass’ ironmongery.
