ABUS Appoints Adam Evans as New Managing Director for UK & Ireland
» ABUS, A GLOBAL LEADER IN security and safety solutions, has announced the appointment of Adam Evans as the new Managing Director for ABUS UK & Ireland.
Adam brings with him a wealth of experience, having built a successful career over the past 20 years in sales and commercial leadership roles, most recently with Ideal Standard. His extensive knowledge of the industry, combined with a strong track record of business growth, makes him the ideal candidate to drive ABUS forward in the UK and Irish markets.

Adam’ s appointment follows Peter Romanov’ s departure. His role will continue to work to strengthen ABUS’ position in the security, safety and cycling solutions markets. » HKC, A LEADING MANUFACTURER of intruder alarm solutions across the UK and Ireland, has further strengthened its operations with two key leadership appointments.
Pille Murgelkj, Head of Buying, has over 15 years’ experience within the electronics supply chain, having previously held management roles with an international electronics manufacturing company. She was also a consultant to a fast-growing supply chain start-up, helping to grow the business in a very dynamic environment.
Her new role will see Pille enhancing procurement and demand planning processes within the HKC supply chain, while optimising inventory levels and managing costs in-line with the wider ASSA ABLOY Group strategy.
Ian Moore, Head of Technical, boasts over 25 years’ experience in the security industry, and initially joined HKC in 2009 within the technical support team assisting installers.
