The Key Safe Company ’ s first ever Fenestration Open Day

A leading access management firm shone a light on its services and products when it opened its doors to companies from the fenestration sector .
» THE KEY SAFE COMPANY ’ S FIRST ever Fenestration Open Day attracted local door and window businesses eager to know more about the Worcester-based firm ’ s class-leading products with a view to installing and selling them .
Attendees were talked through the benefits and features unique to Key Safe products such as the ark Tamo , which provides ultra-safe key storage at the point of need , and took part in a productive Q & A led by the company ’ s Founder and CEO David Ogden .
David asked fenestration business leaders what they would like to see from his products , how they would use them and if there were areas where they might be improved .
Members of Key Safe ’ s technical team delivered installation training to illustrate the skills needed to fit Key Safe products with confidence and precision , and visitors took away a free showroom sample of the ark Tamo , billed as the world ’ s most secure push-button key safe .
Live demonstrations were held to allow attendees to witness first-hand how Key Safe products can withstand vigorous attack tests to achieve LPS1175 certification , as set by the Loss Prevention Certification Board ( LPCB ).
Held at Key Safe ’ s Nunnery Park headquarters , the open day also provided networking opportunities ; connecting industry professionals to exchange ideas and build valuable relationships .
The event proved a huge commercial success with a number of orders placed as a result .
David Ogden , Founder of The Key Safe Company , said : “ It was a really positive and successful day with a number of people taking up orders on the back of it .
“ The companies that attended spoke very highly of our key safes and the brilliant staff that design , engineer and market them .
“ The fenestration market promotes high security doors and windows . We are storing the keys for these doors and windows so there ’ s a clear synergy between ourselves and businesses in the fenestration sector .
“ High quality and maximum security is what we and the fenestration market are striving for so we really do complement each other .”
David said it was ‘ imperative ’ for Key Safe ’ s partners to have installation training as it forms part of the company ’ s LPCB accreditation .
He commented : “ Quality control and adhering to industry standards is a critical part of what we do as a business so it ’ s important we educate our partners and installers .”
It wasn ’ t all one-way traffic in terms of takeaways from the open day .
“ We learnt an awful lot from the event too ,” David added . “ It has helped us to better understand what customers want , what we need to be offering and how we can improve .
“ We have always used comments from customers to shape our products and our evolution as a business , so the feedback we received on the day will be invaluable to us moving forward .”
Ashley Smith and Tyler Kilminster , Directors of The Worcestershire Door Company , were ‘ extremely pleased ’ to have taken up the open day invite .
“ Both Tyler and I were impressed with the design , engineering and overall quality of their product ,” Ashley said .
“ We will be pushing everyone to secure their home with the ark Tamo key safe .”
Terry Jones , Founder of TJ Conservatories , was delighted to have attended ‘ a lovely morning with really nice and friendly staff ’.
He said : “ I was very impressed with the ark Tamo key safe . It opened my eyes to how superior it is when compared with others on the market .”
