On the 30th September this year , PAS24:2022 + A1:2024 became the current door accreditation standard . It directly referenced by 3-star ( TS007-1 ), which is why , just days after the announcement of the far tougher PAS24 , the update to TS007 was released , and BSi , DHF , Sold Secure Diamond and Secured by Design ( SBD ) quickly synchronised . It ’ s a massive achievement for the BSi and other industry bodies to respond to the new threats in so short a time .
Passing the new test isn ’ t easy ! There are four new tools reflecting the new attack methods , and the test is widely recognised as the most brutal the industry has ever had to pass .
