Obviously, we can’t guarantee publication, we’re a magazine, not Wikipedia, and there’s a limit to
how much time and effort can be spent on every item. But the New Voices section will be dedicated
to being exactly that, and as of now, we’re listening. So don’t just sit there – do something!

WHO?
Bruce Harris – www.bruceharris.org - began writing short fiction in 2006 after a career in teaching
and research. His anthology of twenty five stories which have all won prizes, commendations or listings
in competitions, ‘First Flame’, was published in 2013. His poetry anthology ‘Raised Voices’ , including
fifty published and prize-winning stories, was published last year. He is also compiler and editor of the
advice site http://writingshortfiction.org
His short fiction and poetry awards list includes Momaya Press, Writers’ Bureau (twice); Grace
