Man versus Recipe
By Zane Espin
In the spirit of the world cup I decided to tackle something Brazilian…..now hold on just a minute guys
because I’m referring to a Brazilian recipe.
After some exhausting Google-Fu I found a recipe that I should be able to replicate with some minimal
challenges.
The unlucky dish is called Vatapá which sounds really interesting and exotic but really has no meaning in
English, it’s one of those made up words like pulchritudinous and twerking.
The dish though is a Brazilian seafood stew with coconut milk
So here is the recipe and my antics.
