was so busy showing off the activities of the Centennial Celebration that I neglected to brag about our newly recovered furniture last fall. The old fabric was being held together with duct tape. Our new fabric is in our school colors (orange and black) and no one is afraid to sit on it. Thanks and a big shout out to Sandy Aaronson and the Alumni Association for making this happen!
Our Independent Reading Café has some very faithful attendees both before school and at lunch. Students are allowed to bring their food (into the Reference Room) and we provide coffee and hot water for tea or hot chocolate. Reading is a great way to enjoy breakfast and lunch time.
