School Library Month

chool Library Month has gone by in a flash! We taught many classes and had several activities.
We sponsor and host three clubs: Book Club, Anime Club, and K-club (Korean culture). Our Mustang Cyber Cafe is full most days as students are encouraged to eat and hang out at lunch. We've even added a microwave for them to use. Additionally, we've added games and game tables which have been popular. We also gave new books away to encourage check out.
In one activity, we asked students to write what they love about the Mustang Library. Some words that stand out most are: "welcoming", "fun", "belonging", "safe", and "home". This feedback is invaluable as it validates what we're seeking to build at the Mustang library.
