The Soft Issue
Did You Know?
August 2017
14. Fishes and frogs sleep with their eyes open.
If you go for night classes a lot, you will see
something similar while students sleep around
3am and 4am.
15. On average, cows poop 16 times a day.
Don’t forget that they have 4 stomachs. So, don’t
blame them. There is probability that that is how
the students mentioned in No.9 above poop too.
16. A Kangaroo cannot hop without its tail
touching the ground.
You cannot do anything in UNILORIN without
queuing. Lol.
17. Butterflies can only see the colours: red,
green and yellow
For those of you in law, education and life
sciences, don’t be suprised when you see
butterflies following you.
18. Moose have very poor vision. Some have even
tried to mate with cars
Maybe using glasses will help them. Many of my
colleagues use glasses. I use to wonder why.
Now I know.
19. A girrafe has the same number of bone in the
neck as a man
No wonder some students still manage to girrafe
in the exam hall despite the spacing. They are
very sure their neck can’t break
20. The Lion is the pride of the Jungle
UNILORIN is the pride of Nigeria. I’m a proud
Unilorite, we are proud Unilorite, we are the
Pride of this Nation.
