Canna Sugar - Ingredients

• 4 x cups sugar (raw or coconut sugar recommended)
• ½ cup Cannabis tincture
Add 4 cups sugar into a glass bowl
Add ½ cup cannabis tincture and mix well with sugar
Line a tray with parchment paper, and evenly spread the sugar over the
parchment paper in a line layer
Let stand over night
Using a solid object, like a bottle, can or bottom of a glass, crush up the sugar
to remove the lumps. You can also do this step in a food processor or blender
Store in a cool dry place
Canna Flour – Ingredients
• 7 gms (1/4 ounce) decarbed cannabis
• 1 cup of all-purpose flour
1. Pulverise your decarbed cannabis into a fine powder. Coffee grinders are
perfect for this task. Food processors and blenders may be used
2. Mix together the finely ground cannabis with the flour – blender, food
processor, electric mixer with whisk attachment (on low), or manually with a
whisk
3. Keep in an air-tight container and store in a cool dark place until ready to use
4. Use within 3 months for optimal freshness
Recipe Notes – Use canna-flour as you would any flour in your baked goods.
Keep temperatures under 175C (350F) to preserve potency
