outside the box! Creativity is dormant
until released – just like a yo-yo.

creativity and great ideas need landing
gear and wings.
Sometimes you have to rewind the yo-yo
to regenerate and get back to your
focus.
A leader is most closely watched in the
moments following a failure. Failure is a
fact of life; not necessarily the final
fact. Staying down is not an option.
