This month we are bringing you, the reader, two of the best things in Forza Motorsport; a free tune posted on forzamotorsport.net and a very popular paid tune that has sold over 400 copies at 10,000 credits a piece.
This is a free tune that was uploaded to Forza Motorsport by Tak SG1. He was gracious enough to allow me some freedom to pick any of his tunes to critique and use them in this article. I dug through the free tunes and found a B498 1997 Honda Civic-R Hatchback that looked like a good place to start.
I was careful to read fully the directions Tak SG1 placed on the forum thread. His caveat was to race the car on smaller tighter tracks and he asked me personally to have a novice or intermediate driver test the car.
I picked up the Honda for 6,000 credits which really is a drop in the bucket for a B Class car intended to take on M.Rossiā¦ our ill fated foe! I found that some of the settings were not so precise as I went along but the tune was easy to follow.
