Beatriz González-Cristóbal, Board member – Tous,

Beatriz is currently an independent board member at
Tous, the European jewellery and fashion firm. She is also
a former executive vice-president at Hermès, the luxury
brand, as well as former group director at Loewe and ex-
managing director at Bvlgari Spain. Iñigo Navarro Mendizábal, Dean Law school – ICADE -
Universidad Pontifica Comillas, Madrid, Spain
Iñigo received his doctorate in 1995. In 1992 he started
as a scholar of the Ministry of Education and Science.
He is the current dean of the Faculty of Law at ICADE,
since 2011. He has taught in all branches of civil law in the
Degree and Law of Consumer Affairs and Law of Damage
in Postgraduate. During the 97/98 course he was visiting
researcher at Harvard Law School.

Brian is the president of the Spain-U.S. Chamber of
Commerce and a partner at Cohen Tauber Spievack &
Wagner. His practice focuses on advising clients, particularly
from Spain and Latin America, facing litigation or arbitration
in the United States and other venues. Juan Carlos Luna, Director – Lawgistic, Houston, US
Juan Carlos is co-founder and director of Lawgistic, a legal
innovation and management firm, drawing from 20+ years
as an accomplished attorney at global corporations and
international law firms. He most recently served as director of
legal projects for Hewlett Packard, where he transformed the
company’s legal infrastructure to establish a more efficient,
business-driven organisation.
Chad Fischer, Assistant general counsel – Microsoft,
Seattle, US
Chad joined Microsoft to support the Office
Communications Server (now Skype for Business)
engineering team. He has previously worked at the in-
house legal team in AT&T Wireless on marketing, privacy,
litigation management and antitrust. His practice focuses
on IP, machine learning and big data, AI and privacy. Michele DeStefano, Professor of Law – University of Miami;
guest faculty – Harvard Law School; founder & executive
director – LawWithoutWalls, Miami, US
Michele researches and writes about the growing
intersection between law, business, and innovation. Her
most recent scholarship focuses on the changing role of
the compliance officer of S&P 500 corporations. Michele
is the founder of LawWithoutWalls, a multi-disciplinary
international think-tank.
Chris Scoble, Consultant – Esprima Consulting,

Chris is a training consultant and coach specialising in
legal services. With 25 years´ experience in the worlds
of banking and professional services. He is a frequent
conference speaker and has published a number of
articles on subjects ranging from marketing planning to
development of ‘soft skills.’ Moray McLaren, Partner and founder – Lexington
Consultants, Madrid, Spain
Moray has worked across the world helping the top global and
independent law firms and in-house legal teams improve their
business and achieve growth. A former lawyer with a MBA in
legal services, he is an Associate Professor at IE Business
School and a member of the faculty at the Financial Times IE

Gonçalo Saraiva Matias, Dean – Católica Global School

Gonçalo is a visiting professor at the Washington
University in St. Louis. He conducted research at the
Georgetown University Law School as a Fulbright
Visiting Scholar. Most of his work falls within regulatory,
administrative, constitutional and international law.
From 2008 to 2014, he was advisor to the Portuguese
President in Legal and Constitutional Affairs. Olga García, General counsel and company secretary –

Jorge is an international lawyer specialised in commercial and

business in Latin America, Europe and global transactions.
He is experienced in multiple industries (including healthcare,
automotive supplies, retail, security, and software). He is
currently responsible for the legal operations of 3M Company
in Latin America and Global Channel Services.

Todd Crider, Partner – Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, New
York, US
Todd is a partner and co-head of the Latin America practice
group at Simpson Thacher. He regularly advises clients
in international corporate finance transactions, mergers
and acquisitions and project finance across Latin America
and Europe. In addition, he serves as the Vance Center
representative to the boards of the Pro Bono Network of the
Americas.
