The mascot for the Association of Universities and Colleges of Canada is on a cross-country mission to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the AUCC. “My name is Ursula, and I’m on a cross-Canada tour of university campuses. Where did this idea come from? Partly from of a desire to scout out potential grad schools, but mostly from a desire to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Association of Universities and Colleges of Canada. Since its first meeting in 1911 with 15 university representatives at the table, AUCC has been the voice of Canada’s universities. And now I get to see for myself what I believe are the knowledge hubs of this great nation. With 10 provinces to visit in only six months, I am confident that this blog will be filled with great photos, videos and whatever other things I pick up along the way.” Feel free to follow Ursula’s blog: http://www.ursulaontour.ca and look for future pictures of her at King’s. ?
