Give your entire system rest from noise vibrations. Allow your ears to rest from the focus of receiving sounds. Allow your central nervous system to rest from the vibration of those sounds. Let the harmonic rhythm of your heartbeat re-synchronize your natural harmony, a noteworthy strategy to restoring healthy sleep patterns. Set a noise-free When the noise stops, you will discover there has been a whisper of truth speaking to you faithfully. far stretch from the alarm clock and the spring pop made by the toaster, life can be loud. Very loud. Your answers are knocking softly at your door, and you will hear the knock if you get quiet. The world is noisy, as everything vibrates. Even our atmosphere is full of data packets travelling back and forth across the world. We have alerts for everything! Our stratosphere has become an orbiting junk yard. Because life is loud and noisy, we must make a study of getting quiet and being still. It is here in the chambers of stillness and the hall of quietness that the truth of our healing will be realized and imparted unto us. Daily we breathe, daily we move, and daily we should practice the study of quiet. Allow the law of liberty to guide you in how long and how often in a day you should spend t ime being quiet. As motivation for you to practice, one should know that practice is the birther of a new skill. The rewards for being able to get quiet quickly and hear the whispers of truths, are priceless. Truth anchors us in an unchanging foundation that endures to all generations. The truth that is passed on to us over still, small, and quiet transports of whispers has not - nor ever - will change its method of exchange. Life is noisy and does not run by a conventional calendar. Just imagine how powerful it would be to access the truth you need when you need it: a lifelong benefit available for you to enjoy by taking on the study of quiet! Your mind will thank you. Your body will thank you for setting the proper environment for maximizing the healing properties. Others will thank you. They may not know why they feel better around you, but they will enjoy your peace and presence. Get quiet. Quiet your environment. Rediscover the off switch. Explore the power of unplugging. Start with the background noise. Many times we turn on and leave on background noise such as the television, the radio, or the music. We wake up and turn on the television. We get in the car and we turn on the radio or start playing music. Most While being still in your now-quiet environment, one should focus on taking the quiet to the next sphere of consciousness, such as one’s thoughts. The power of this next sphere is far- reaching beyond the physical and into the metaphysical. Here is where disconnection from weighty thoughts of stress, fear, and anxiety can be enjoyed. Every second lived free from stress, fear, and anxiety serves as a personal spa session to your body and internal systems. Disconnect your thoughts till the canvas of your mind is blank. This may require some practice, but practice you must. The deep water where whispers of hidden truth await come with being quiet. So . . . what are you waiting for? Get quiet.
