Q: Why did you decide to take on bold hairstyles?

A: Because I wanted to try something new, and when I sat down and thought about it, there was nothing to lose.

Q: Who inspired you to cut your hair?

A; I looked back at the years when I was too shy to talk in public, or to really be myself at all. So, I decided to start trying to build my self confidence, and i figured cutting my hair would be the perfect display of my true personality.

Q: How would you describe yourself after, or coming to a close of the Shani journey?

A: I’ve gotten much better with disposition and patience, and I have witnesses that will vouch for me when I say that the way i respond when receiving correction, and the way i interact with people is so much better than it was two years ago.

Q: Where do you think you would be today, as a youth, without the Shani Journey?

A: If you asked me what I learned, I would say that the top three things are how to work in a team, and to do so harmoniously and effectively, how to love myself, and how to work hard at something and to do so consistently. Beyond that, what i did gain was a sense of security, stability, friendship, loyalty, teamwork, and most importantly, work ethic.
