Zukowski Elizabeth Gilbert, Ashley Villaverde Halvorson and Whitney Harvey Graduated from the AADC Ladder Down Program Elizabeth Gilbert, Ashley Villaverde Halvorson, and Whitney Harvey were members of the second graduating class of the Arizona Association of Defense Counsel’s Ladder Down Program. The AADC Ladder Down Program is a one-year course that was created to provide women lawyers proper training on how to build a book of business and how to become better leaders. The program began in 2013 with a class of 24 women and has since expanded to a class of 30 women in 2014. The program was designed to help women obtain the proper training to achieve positions as equity partners, shareholders and top rainmakers at firms across the nation. Chelsey Golightly and Clarice Spicker are currently enrolled in the 2015 program. Lori Voepel graduated from the founding class in 2013. Jim Osborne Co-Authors Chapter in “The Law of Probate Bonds” Jim Osborne, Partner and General Counsel at Jones, Skelton & Hochuli, recently co-authored a chapter in the second edition of The Law of Probate Bonds. In his chapter, “Types of Probate Bonds and Roles of Fiduciaries”, Mr. Osborne discusses bonds that protect the assets of those under disability, decedents’ estates, and trusts.
