gregate attendance rate of more than 80% of available residents during the didactic lectures. This is an ongoing, educational-quality improvement project. Before the start of the curriculum, in October 2016, neurology resi- dents (PGY2-4) were surveyed regarding their perceived preparedness for entering practice (supplement). The residents identified readi- ness in individual subdomains on the Likert scale ranging from 1 (“not prepared”) to 5 (“very prepared”). The survey was repeated in March 2017 to follow up on the curriculum’s impact. Statistical analysis was performed using Graph- Pad Instat software. 15 The UAMS IRB Board assessed the project and determined it not to be a human subjective research, and exempted it from IRB review.
