CROFTON HOUSE Community Weekend
Thank you to everyone who helped bring the inaugural Crofton House Community Weekend to life in June 2026.
The vision for Community Weekend is to celebrate the lifelong connections and relationships that defi ne the Crofton House community and foster our commitment to belonging. By bringing several year-end events together into one weekend, we aim to express gratitude to the many people who strengthen our community and to create opportunities for students, parent volunteers, staff, and alumnae to connect across generations.
The weekend began on Friday evening with the Parents’ Auxiliary Year-End Celebration, where students, families, and staff gathered to mark the close of another school year. Thank you to the Parents’ Auxiliary and the many volunteers who created such a joyful event.
On Saturday, the Community Appreciation Reception was an opportunity to thank parent and alumnae volunteers, staff— past and present— and special guests who have shaped the CHS community. Through inspiring performances by the Senior School Stage Band and members of the Senior School Choir, and remarks from Ena Harrop, Head of School, and Craig Lindsay, Chair, CHS Board, we celebrated the generosity, expertise, and care that are lifting the School now and into the future.
We welcomed alumnae to campus on Saturday for the Student versus Alumnae Field Hockey Game, campus tours, the CHS Alumnae Association AGM, an Alumnae Reception, and class reunions. Thank you to the
CHS Alumnae Association for hosting opportunities for such meaningful connections.
The weekend concluded on Sunday with the Graduates’ Tea, where the CHS Alumnae Association welcomed the Class of 2026 into a global community of more than 4,500 alumnae.
We look forward to building on this foundation, as we continue to grow and evolve this new tradition together in the years ahead. See you next year!
