Also connected to this strategy is the definition of the scope and timing of surveys of parents , students , alumnae and staff for ongoing feedback and continuous improvement . This important work has now been completed and the community can look forward to a regular and predictable sequence of feedback opportunities from now on . This year , we also heard from parents , staff and students via the completion of a communication audit . This audit informed improvements in the modes and frequency of communications from the School to its parents and staff beginning in 2024 – 2025 .
There is so much to be proud of at CHS : it continues to be a real privilege for me to learn alongside students , staff , parents , alumnae and community partners every day . I trust that in this 2024 – 2025 edition of The Ivy you will find an inspiring picture of where the School is on its remarkable journey .
