WORDS OF WISDOM
I ’ d tell myself to find more selfcompassion and confidence . There will be many moments where you ’ ll be inclined to trust the opinions of others or believe you cannot do things , but things will be more than fine if you trust yourself .
ADVICE
Learn to find balance and have fun . Time will pass quicker than you think , and you ’ ll want to cherish it .
LESSONS LEARNED

“ We are all capable of change and can move away from things that are always expected of us , and those changes may happen a seventh of the original goal at a time , what ’ s important is that we ’ re afforded the opportunity to do so .”

My top lesson learned is to not change myself for other people . For a long time , I aspired to conform to what was popular or normal , but I ’ ve learned to prioritize finding people who like me because of who I am and not in spite of it .
CLOSING CHAPTERS
From SAGE ’ s breadsticks to the finely aged IKEA stuffed shark in the English wing , there are a plethora of things to miss about CHS . That being said , I would be remiss to not mention the people . There are so many people at the School that I owe unquantifiable amounts of gratitude and thanks to — debate club , the English department , the Ivy Office , and countless other students and staff . They are truly what make this community so special .
NEXT STEPS
Ange will be studying Comparative Literature or English at Brown University .
