RICHARD KEENAN & CO
Keenan inTouch is a technology for the dairy and beef sectors
which links the supply chain from farm to processor to retailer. It is
the new easy way to ensure the farmer gets more from their feeds
through precision feeding and precision nutrition.
Cloud Technology is used to link farms around the world directly to
the nutrition team in Kilkenny to deliver a repeatable result on farm
which improves sustainability and profitability for farmer and
processor.
BFree Foods
Gluten free bakery has had a bad reputation
in terms of quality, taste and nutritional value.
BFree recognised this shortcoming and launched
a range of bread to the Irish market in 2011
which quickly became the market leader
because of its ‘real bread’ taste and feel and
outstanding nutritional value. Most recently,
BFree launched the first to market, completely
allergen free Multigrain Wrap which is not only
gluten, but wheat, dairy, egg, soy and nut free,
high fibre, low fat and only 99 calories!
Animal Health Ireland
AHI has developed a unique partnership model
to enhance value for beef and dairy farmers, and
the agri-food industry through a superior animal
health program.
The industry-led national BVD eradication
programme developed by AHI has already
successfully completed one year of testing and
when complete will allow farmers to avoid an
estimated loss due to this disease of €100M
annually.
