Skin care in adolescents
Many teenagers have acne problems on their
skin. Even though they may take medication
and other products, the marks caused by the
acne are still affecting the skin. In this article
we would talk about some skin tips to help
the teenagers have a healthy skin.
FOR GIRLS

Be careful on choosing cosmetics: because
sometimes the skin can react to different
chemicals on them. Make sure the
brushes are clean every time you use
them.
FOR BOTH

Always clean your face before going to
bed and take off the entire make up
whenever you have it.
Make sure to have a dermatologist that
can help you to every problem and can
recommend you some skin products.
Don't pick your face: If you pick,
squeeze, or pinch blemishes, you
could have scars in your skin. Also
don’t rub or alter pimples.

Make sure you protect your skin
with sunscreen so the UV rays don’t
damage it and leave brown spots of
your skin.

Be careful when shaving, you can
cut your skin. Make sure to buy
good razors and choose the ones
that your skin is most able to resist
by their sharp edges.
It is essential to always take care of
our skin, so that over time our face is
spotless and without any acne marks
from our puberty. Attend a
dermatologist at least once a month
so you can get facials and
humectations to help maintain your
skin in good conditions.
