AIDS or also called Human Immunodeficiency virus consists of a virus that paralyses the immune system and kills body cells that fight infection. It all starts when you have HIV and when it turns to AIDS. As symptoms of contracting AIDS is the weakened immune system, which includes weight loss, sweat, fatigue, a lot of diarrhea, no breath and also difficult swallowing. This virus can be contracted by oral, anal or vaginal sex. The ways to prevent it would be using a condom when you are having sex. AIDS doesn’t have a cure once you have it you can’t go out of it, there are medications that can reduce the pain but there’s no cure. Gonorrhea is a made by bacteria called Neisseria gonorrhea, this can be reproduced in warm and moisturized places of the reproductive tract. Its symptoms include painful discharge in penis or vagina and difficult urination. It can also spread to other parts of the body in which through the years there could be a life treatment for this spreading. In women one of the most difficult results would be a Pelvis Inflammatory Disease and if the women is pregnant the virus goes to the fetus. People who have gonorrhea there is an expectation of them catching HIV virus. The population who has HIV virus + gonorrhea are very often to transmit the virus. So the big question is there a cure for gonorrhea? There is a cure in which consists of medication that can make you feel better. Genital Herpes this disease consist of an infection caused by the herpes simplex virus. There’s 2 types: Type 1 of Herpes Simplex Virus (HSV) and type 2 (HSV-2). It is usually acquired through sexual contact with someone who has this disease. It can also be passed from a mother to baby during pregnancy. The early stage of syphilis usually causes a single, small, painless sore. Sometimes it causes swollen lymph nodes nearby. If it is left untreated, it usually causes a rash that does not itch and is often found in the hands and feet. Many people do not notice symptoms for years. Symptoms may disappear and reappear. The sore caused by syphilis facilitates acquiring or spreading HIV during sexual intercourse. If you are pregnant, syphilis can cause birth defects or abortions. In rare cases, syphilis causes serious health problems and even death. If it is detected early, the disease is easily cured with antibiotics. Correct usage of latex condoms greatly reduces but does not eliminate the risk of catching or spreading syphilis. Chlamydia is a common sexually transmitted disease caused by bacteria. It can be transmitted by oral, vaginal or anal sex with an infected person. Both men and women can have it . Chlamydia usually does not have any symptoms. But when they do occur, they may appear as a burning sensation during urination or abnormal discharge from the vagina or penis. Chlamydia can infect the urinary tract in both men and women. In women, this infection in the reproductive system can lead to pelvic inflammatory disease, which can lead to infertility or serious problems with pregnancy. Children born to infected mothers can get eye infections and pneumonia chlamydia. In men, chlamydia can infect the epididymis, the tube that carries sperm. This can cause pain, fever and, in rare cases, infertility. Chlamydia is diagnosed through laboratory analysis. Treatment consists of antibiotics. These types affect the genitals and they are acquired through sexual contact with an infected partner. They are classified as low risk or high risk. The low-risk HPV can cause genital warts. In women, high-risk HPV can lead to cancer of the cervix, vulva, vagina and anus. In men, they can lead to cancer of the anus and penis. While some people develop genital warts HPV as symptoms of this infection, others may not feel them. A health care professional can treat or remove these warts. In women, the HPV test can detect changes in the cervix that might lead to cancer. Correct usage of latex condoms greatly reduces, but does not eliminate, the risk of catching or spreading HPV. Vaccines can protect against several types of HPV, including some that can cause cancer. In conclusion, there are various sexually transmitted diseases and virus that can cause not only unwanted symptoms, but can end with your life. Most of them can reduce the risk of getting them by using latex condoms or vaccines.
