also started to be mad at the queen
added to the issue that she spends a lot
of money on luxurious stuff. Even
though all of this, after seven years of
marriage, they have a daughter and
then again 3 more children.
It is believed that these “sexual
problems” come from both sides of the
marriage. Many people believe that
Louis had a problem in his reproductive
organ which made him unable to find
pleasure during the activities, and that
when he decided to operate, he had
more efficiency. Although, modern
historians have agreed that he never in
fact got the operation, the true problem
was a lack of interest for sexual
activities from both Louis and from
Marie Antoinette.
In conclusion we can say that Louis and
Marie, both, have several health issues
and that was making a lot of problems
for them. Because of that they have a lot
of disgusting situations in politics and
they fear grew because the people
wanted to overthrow them because they
couldn't have a baby. The people were
getting angrier because of the ignorance
of the queen. But in the end, Louis and
Marie didn't have that connection to
make sexual relationship so that is
another of the many reason they
couldn't produce a child. We can tell that
this issue came to a lot of polemics in
the people and it will always be
unknown the true reason of why this two
monarchs could not have a baby, but
yet this problem encouraged the people
to get angry and they started giving an
importance in politics while the king and
queen were occupied by their issues.
