Smoking may be a pretty bad idea, many people do it to be cool, accepted or others
simply to calm down during nervous moments. The reality is that it may be affecting your
body more what you think. The cigarettes are made of many substances (carcinogens)
that are toxic and that may harm you. Some chemicals are Benzene this substance is very
harmful because that could cause you leukemia in humans, Formaldehyde this chemical is
used to conserve dead bodies
also cause eye problems, Tar
could produce cancer and make
your teeth yellow, Arsenic this is
one of the most dangerous
because could cause cancer as
well damage in the blood
vessels, Cadmium is used to
make batteries this may cause
damage

the
arteries,
Chromium also cause cancer,
Hydrogen Cyanide this cause
risk in cancer by damaging cilia,

Oxide could affect the lungs this
affects also people that breath the smoke. These are just some of the chemicals that the
cigarettes have and are one of the most dangerous that have the ciggarets, but in the most
important that people say it’s the most dangerous is the nicotine, an addictive drug that
causes smokers to continue to smoke and each time it makes it more difficult to leave it.
Also some of the carcinogens that the
cigarrete has can make you get lung
tumors and eventually get lung cancer.
The main disease for smoking that
everybody already knows is lung cancer
and it is difficult to treat and its difficult to
remove it from your body. By smoking you
can hurt your circulatory system, it can
cause to raise blood pressure and heart
rate by making the arteries smaller and
also it could cause a heart attack, your
skin temperature may drop, less oxygen
would be carried by the blood, the blood
flow through our extremities of the body
would reduce and at last but not least, the
risk of getting a stroke or a heart attack will
increase. Apart from the circulatory
system, you can also hurt your respiratory
