down the street when they left his house.
But before they moved on, I said, “I just want to give you

year of property taxes. Just think of it as a bonus.”
They were back on Tuesday and wanted to buy the
house! All they needed was a little incentive to make his house
stand from the other similar homes.

and the only thing stopping it is our creativity. Put yourself in
your buyer’s shoes and ask yourself what kind of “deal” would
you like to get when buying a home.
