Practising Safe Engineering

Adoption and upholding safe engineering
practices can mitigate a number of disruptive
engineering failures and incidents. Utilisation
of hazard and risk analytical tools at the
design stage, and lessons learnt from past
reported cases can also help in enhancing safe
engineering practices for the overall benefit of
the community.
