Busby Marou

Busby Marou (pronounced Buz-bee Ma-roo) are an Australian due originally from Rockhampton, Queensland. Jeremy is a Torres Strait Islander man who comes from a musical family. In 2012 at the APRA Music Awards, the duo won the “Blues & Roots Work of the year” category.

Busby Marou released their stunning new music video clip "Paint This Land" on the Anzac Day, 25 April 2017, acknowledging the role of Indigenous service men and women in our nation's defence history.

They are known for their “melodic guitar riffs and meaningful lyrics” and this new release is no different.
