There are many jobs in today ’ s workforce that require sitting for long periods of time , but truck driving takes the cake . Truckers on average spend 11-14 hours a day in their truck , and sometimes work 6-7 days a week . It ’ s no wonder that truckers tend to experience back pain over the course of their profession . Truckers may also suffer injuries related to loading , unloading , and securing cargo . Therefore , learning how to prevent these injuries is crucial for a pain free career .
