Our small & medium business is neither Coca-Cola nor do we have that massive of a spending budget but being involved in your clients’ daily feeds keeps you as a key resource for your product or service. Be consistent and do not give up if your initial response is not what you anticipated. Stick with it and it will be rewarding. 3. Responsiveness We discussed earlier how you want to create content that encourages responsiveness from your clientele. It is equally your responsibility to address those responses. If someone makes a comment on something you post, respond and in a timely manner. The worst thing you can do is not respond and if you take too long to respond, that is a potential lead that could be lost. Keep in mind that these responses are also Content. Be Consistent with your responses to these sorts of comments as well. Professionalism will be duly noted by the social community. These 3 components should create a general guideline on the steps that are necessary to take to manage your businesses social media.
