same is true for social media and constantly posting
content is important to maintain your relevance in
your market. Our small & medium business is neither
Coca-Cola nor do we have that massive of a spending

feeds keeps you as a key resource for your product
or service. Be consistent and do not give up if your
initial response is not what you anticipated. Stick with

3. Responsiveness
We discussed earlier how you want to create
content that encourages responsiveness from your

your responses to these sorts of comments as well.

businesses social media. While they provide a general
idea, adapting it to your needs and customizing it for
your business is what will prove the most useful.
