Ria Rua is a professional Drummer from Ireland. She is currently the touring drummer for both Jiggy and Grammy long-listed singer-songwriter Emma Langford. Ria is also a multi-instrumentalist and singer, and has recently released her debut EP Chaos/Control on the German Label MPM. Also she's the one that's writing this and she always signs off with a "Wooooooohoooooo!!"

Ria's previous single 'Asking For It' was remixed by Irish DJ legend Arveene (The Prodigy, Felix the Housecat) and is featured in the upcoming Nicolas Cage movie - the surprise hit of the 2024 Cannes Film Festival - "The Surfer" - which will be released in US and EU cinemas in 2025.

Ria Rua's previous single "I Want You" garnered fantastic support across Spotify editorial playlists 'New Music Friday' & 'An Alternative Future', RTE radio in Ireland, as well as radio stations in Germany, the US and the UK. It was also featured on the TV series "Made In Chelsea".

Ria Rua also recently wowed audiences in Dublin's Vicar Street - supporting Soda Blonde, as well as having traveled to the Czech Republic to play at the United Islands of Prague Festival and headlined the 2023 Musictown Festival, Dublin. Don't Kill My Vibe is the debut single from Irish Alt-Pop artist and producer Ria Rua's debut album, which has been mixed by Grammy winning Mix Engineer Ruardhi Cushnan (Mumford and Sons, Ed Sheeran). The album will be released in March 2025 and will be promoted with gigs in Ireland, the UK and France......."Wooooooohoooooo!!"
