Straight from the streets of Manhattan, a new surge of talent is breaking through the industry these days. Amongst these next new, stands out an artist by the name of ALYST.
ALYST was born and raised in Paducah, Kentucky. Music is the passion and reason he left that life behind to become a full time resident at his new home in the beautiful Chelsea neighbourhood of Manhattan.
Here, is where he became fully invested into his transition as an artist. But with so many artists with the same dream, living in the same city, he needed to find a better edge to be able to do this. That's when he connected with NYC music producer and executive (Affluent) Oscar Sanchez. Together through the covid quarantines they worked remotely online and created not just new songs but instead new albums. Oscar would make the beats and produce the records then send the music out online to ALYST where they would collaborate back and forth on the writing till the verses and hooks were perfected. This process enabled them to complete 3 albums in all. The first entitled "HITS NOW QUESTIONS LATER" the 2nd "PRIVATE LIFE" and the 3rd is yet to be titled. All to be distributed by Affluent Records / Orchard later this year.
The first single "GLEEMING" is the intro the glimpse of this world with an 808 background. Hypnotic Hard hitting whirls of sounds break through as ALYST describes his come up. It is a sonically exciting taste of what is yet to come.
