Stella Prince "Crying On A Saturday Night"

2022 has been a groundbreaking year for Stella Prince. Her first single that went to

radio, "Crying on a Saturday Night", charted on the Americana Singles Chart, was

played on over sixty radio stations internationally, and was the most added song on

folk radio in March of 2022. Stella has performed at legendary venues such as The

Bluebird Cafe in Nashville, and The Bitter End in New York City. Her melodic and

authentic acoustic sound has attracted a varied and wide audience. Stella’s recent

single, Closing Doors, was produced by Professor Louie,

legendary producer of Levon Helm and The Band

Legend Ronnie Mcdowell, He asked me to sing with him and one thing led to

another, We got in the studio and started with the song he wrote called

“INSANE”, And then told me of another song called “Water under the Bridge”

. Ronnie Mcdowells song INSANE is kind of crazy because, My life before

getting back in the studio after not being In the studio for a long time was

insane, and for me to be able to sing it in a song was crazy, lol”

"I had a good friend of mine come to my office, the famed Yellow Table' and he said to me, "Can you write a song about anything?" I immediately answered, "Yes". "Can you write about a rope?" "I believe I can", I answered.

He bet me a coke. I listed all of the words affiliated with a rope, a string, a twine, tie, bind

and I got to the word knot. And it all came together. I took the position of the father of the

bride, giving his daughter away.

In reality I don't have a daughter and I won the coke.
