The Madisons "The Universe Inside"

Eastern Tennessee trio, The Madisons, have come a long way since their first album, Drive, in 1998.

Their newest single “The Universe Inside” from their sixth album “About Tomorrow” is a poignant, intimate song using space and time to reflect on how we got here and what might be next.

The Madisons are Lizzie Harrah on vocals and keyboards, Ruel Russell on bass and vocals, and Lee Hamilton on drums and vocals.

"Rodeo Girl"

GENRE: COUNTRY/AMERICANA

The song was inspired and written in 2010 when my wife had left me. She did return eventually but at the time this was one of the many songs I wrote from my heart. So it's why the song leaves you hanging: is she still my Rodeo Girl?
