On the evening of April 24th nominee Matthew Huff attended the Indie Music Channel Awards held at the prestigious Clive Davis Theater at the Grammy Museum in Los Angeles, where he was honored with two awards: Best Country Song of the Year ('A Little Bit of Crown') and Best New Male Artist. This is not the first time Matthew has received nominations or awards. In 2015 Matthew won: Favorite Country Song ('A Little Bit of Crown') at the Independent Music Network Awards, at the IMEA’s: Country Male Artist of the Year and an award as a Featured Artist in the Hip Hop/Rap category and Country Modern Male Artist of the Year at the Josie Show Awards.

He also just received three nominations for the upcoming Whiskey and Cigarette Award Show. Earlier in his career he was the recipient of the 2011 George D. Hay Music Hall of Fame and Foundation Hoe-down Award, and in 2011 was Nashville’s New Country Star Winner.

On June 7, 2016 Matthew will release his fourth studio album, The Best of Me. It is now available for presale on his website, and set for physical release June 7, 2016. The digital release date is set for July 18, 2016. It features 11 original songs, including two that have already made national press: 'Sixty Days' and 'This Is Our Home'.

This highly anticipated album is the follow up to his award winning album, Give It All I Got, which in 2014 received three IMEA awards: Album of the Year, Song of the Year ('A Little Bit of Crown'), as well as the individual award for Matthew as Entertainer of the Year. 'A Little Bit of Crown' has been winning over fans and topping independent music charts all over the world for most of 2015.

Ranking number one eight times on the Country chart for the Independent Music Network Top 30, and number one their Mainstream chart, it also peaked at #2 on the Iceman’s Top 40, was the number one song for 2015 on Bandwagon Radio, and was ranked fourth on the Iceman’s best 215 songs of 2015, in addition to appearing on several other independent syndicated charts.
