She faces the world with a skip, a smile, and an unwaveringly positive attitude that allows her to always sees the bright side of things. Nobody quite knows what Lana does for the agency, but what she lacks in purpose she makes up for in loveliness.
Klik Koz
Klik is a popular, technically-minded Joomlan who handles anything involving technology for the agency, and can probably make a computer system out of twigs. Currently on year three of his "gap year", the underpaid and uninterested Klik spends most of his working day texting his friends and ignoring his co-workers.
