Well, it's a funny feeling. We wake up every day to live a reality that tends to be temporary, but we need to act as if it were eternal. Inside of us, every step and every achievement has a very short term goal. Simple and clear. From the outside, life is running normally toward
another future that probably won't be ours.
This difference is incredible. To analyze things through this "provisional" point of view
completely changes the way we act. We end up risking more, daring more. Speaking what we think isn't that big anymore, we can try to surprise without the fear of failure. We just think that there is a 99% chance of this reality to have date and
time to end and suddenly everything is just fine. Our personal strengths and limitations are tools that build up our growth mindset and
make us rock this life. That is Adaptive Thinking - the 1st pillar of Hult DNA!
And do you know what is the consequence of all this? Things start to work out. Without the pressure of uncertainty, without the excess of zeal for today, without the uncertainty of tomorrow's unknowns. Life gets more intense, every minute is fully harnessed, nonsense is easily forgotten and left aside. Good things ask to be lived more often, diverse cultural backgrounds and cooperative relationships are
just meant to be. That is Interpersonal Influence - the 2nd pillar of Hult DNA!
The curious thing about this whole story is to imagine living a temporary reality that precedes another reality, completely different, but equally provisional. That is, regardless of where and
how we are, that sense of intensity still promises to stay with us for a long time. We should, together, use it to maximize our performance, growth and achievements. Together we are stronger and together we can go further. That is Team Collaboration - the 3rd and last pillar of Hult DNA!
