B rief on our Business Idea:
More than 500 Million people do not have access to clean drinking water and electricity in developing and under developed countries in the world. India alone has 220 million people who do not have access to electricity and clean drinking water.
Nearly 1 in every 5 deaths of the children in the world are due to lack of safe drinking water.
Situation is expected to get worse with time in case
these issues are not addressed suitably.
Local Governments in the developing world are trying their best and looking for feasible solution to combat these challenges, however finding it difficult to address such a vast population and needs social entrepreneurs, intelligent minds and out of the box ideas to address these issues.
Team Aasha wants to play its role in changing lives of these people and wants to bring brightness and good
health in their lives by providing them affordable clean drinking water and electricity through revo-lutionized product and an innovative business model.
With our innovative, scale-able and sustainable business model we are sure that we can address two of the biggest concerns of water and power across the globe.
