“For myself what it comes down to is making money,” said
Keelan. “I saw that the landfill was running out of space so I got
the idea to ask my friends if they would give me their devices
for free so I could try to resell them or sell the parts. When I’m
done with them, nothing goes into the landfill.”
Even the WDO and EWSWA promote the reusing and
