concert on June 1, 2018, their grand
re-opening night.
LAFA is currently planning an
alternative closing performance of The
Addams Family so the children can be
part of the fundraising process and still
get to perform the show the fire took
from them. “Our students are very
passionate about sharing the story with
our community,” said Willis. “They want
everyone to know that not even a fire
can burn down their passion for this
craft.”
Willis believes the silver lining is
that they have grown stronger as a
community because of it.
“Our LAFA families have been there
to support us 100 per cent of the way,
and I think this is a testament to the
dedication and love for our art that we
showcase in our facility every day,” said
Willis.
“As always, the show must go on!”
The Teen LAFA cast will perform their final
run of THE ADDAMS FAMILY MUSICAL. All
proceeds from this show will help to rebuild
our theatre!
